Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University Holds Research Dissemination Seminar for Doctoral and Masters Program Students
Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University successfully held a Research Dissemination Seminar for Doctoral (S3) and Masters (S2) Program Students at Bali Paragon Resort Hotel, Jimbaran, Bali. With the theme "Environmentally Friendly Technology Innovation in Sustainable Infrastructure Development", this activity aims to improve the quality of research and expand academic and professional networks between students, academics, and industry practitioners.
This activity was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, represented by the Vice Dean I, Prof. Ir. I Nyoman Budiarsa, MT, PhD, IPU. In his remarks, he said that this seminar is a strategic forum for students to share research results and discuss technological innovations that can support sustainable development.
This dissemination seminar presented Prof. Ir. Mohammed Ali Berawi, MEngSc, PhD, Deputy for Green and Digital Transformation of the Indonesian Capital Authority, as the keynote speaker. With his experience and expertise, he explained the strategy for implementing environmentally friendly technology that can be adopted in the development of sustainable infrastructure. His presentation was moderated by Gede Pringgana, ST, MT, PhD, who also serves as the chairman of the seminar committee.
In the discussion session, seminar participants consisting of Doctoral and Masters students of the Faculty of Engineering, academics, and industry practitioners, actively exchanged views on the challenges and opportunities for implementing environmentally friendly technology in Indonesia.
This seminar is expected to inspire students to continue to produce quality research that has a positive impact on society. In addition, this activity is also expected to be able to build close collaboration between the academic world and industry to support the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure in the future.
