The Parasugeni Study Group, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University plays an active role in the work of Ida Bhatara Turun Kabeh

On March 30 2024, the Parasugeni Study Group, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University performed at Besakih Temple as part of a series of works by Ida Bhatara Turun Kabeh. This ngayah activity is a concrete manifestation of Parasugeni's commitment to supporting religious and cultural activities in Bali.




The series of works by Ida Bhatara Turun Kabeh has been going on for 21 days, featuring various religious and cultural ceremonies attended by Balinese people from various circles. The Parasugeni Study Group took part in this series of events by presenting a series of stunning traditional dances.


The dances performed by the Parasugeni Study Group include various types, from the Rejang Dewa Dance, Rejang Renteng, Rejang Sari, to Mask and Baris Gede. Each dance contains rich cultural meanings and values, enriching the spiritual and aesthetic experience for the audience.




The active participation of the Parasugeni Study Group in this ngayah activity is not only a form of devotion to the gods, but also shows their seriousness in preserving Bali's cultural heritage. Through the dances they present, they depict the beauty, majesty and depth of spirituality in Balinese culture to the wider community.
