Thursday, May 6^th 2021 the Faculty of Engineering held a Coordination Meeting of Information and Cooperation Administration Unit (UPIKS) in Ruang Sidang I, 3^rd Floor, Dean Building of Engineering Faculty, Jimbaran. This meeting was attended by team that listed on “SK Pengelola Informasi dan Kerja Sama Fakultas Teknik Universitas Udayana Tahun 2021”. In this first meeting, discussed about team assignment in giving information to public especially through website and media social.

Vice Dean for Academic and Planning said that, “UPIKS is an extension of USDI. If USDI assignment covers the center need, UPIKS is IT team of Engineering Faculty”. For that, this meeting has purpose to discuss all need in manage the information resources in Engineering Faculty. The Administrative Coordinator of Engineering Faculty said, this team should be make the prospectus and a new lecture profile, also renewing all book and information in study programs.

The priority assignment of UPIKS is manage the information system of Engineering Faculty that is covers study program, manage tracer study, also make the prospectus book and lecture profile. Therefore, was a special division of task for team to carry out their job according to the distribution that made by leader Mr. Kadek Suar Wibawa.
