Dikti Database Reporting Workshop

The Faculty of Engineering held a workshop of Dikti Database Reporting, on Tuesday, May 11^th 2021. This workshop did in context to increase the quality of database report in the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. Located in Ruang Sidang 1, 3^rd Floor, Dean Building of Engineering Faculty, Jimbaran, the workshop was held approximately 4 hours from 10.00 a.m. – 02.00 p.m.

This workshop was presented two speakers that are from the Academic Bureau and the Information Resources Unit of Udayana University, and attended by all dean leader of Engineering Faculty, Coordinator of Study Programs, Coordinator of Education and Cooperation of Engineering Faculty, and also the Operators of the Academic Information System (SIMAK) in the Faculty of Engineering.

Especially, this workshop discussed about Dikti Database that work and hold by the operator each study program. In this event, methods or tips were given to improve reporting in order to achieve the 100% of target, meaning there were no deficiencies in reporting. Deficiencies in reporting from the Information Academic System (SIMAK) can be repair as soon as possible by the operators. When, a mistake or deficiency of the data from students, both personal data and academic data.

Beside the academic data from student, also questionable about Identification Number of Contract Lecturer (NIDK) or Identification Number of National Lecturer (NIDN). Because, there is no NIDK/NIDN of Environmental Engineering and Industry Engineering yet.
