PLN UP2B Bali and Udayana Faculty of Engineering Hold PLN Mengajar Program: Deepening the World of Electricity for Students

PLN Bali Load Regulatory Implementation Unit (UP2B Bali) is again holding the PLN Mengajar program for Udayana University students. This activity aims to deepen students' knowledge and enrich their perspectives on the world of electricity. In this implementation, the program involved Power Flow Analysis Application Training, which was attended by student representatives and lecturers from the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University.

In his presentation, Komang Teddy, Manager of UP2B Bali, explained that the power flow analysis application used by PLN has various strategic functions. "This application not only analyzes power flow in the electric power system and short circuit currents, but can also be used to analyze the stability of the electric power system," he said. This technology is one of the main solutions in managing an efficient and reliable electric network.

Meanwhile, Munawwar Furqan, General Manager of PLN's Central Load Regulator Unit for Java, Madura, and Bali (UIP2B JAMALI), emphasized that the PLN Mengajar program is a mutually beneficial collaboration. "PLN Mengajar is not only about imparting knowledge, but also opening up opportunities for us to gain new insights through discussions and interactions with lecturers and students. Every time we share experiences, we also gain very valuable insights in facing the challenges of the world of electricity," said Munawwar.

Head of the Electrical Engineering Study Program at Udayana University, Gede Sukadarmika, gave high appreciation to this program. "This training provides real experience for students, enriches their portfolios, and prepares them for challenges in the world of work. PLN Mengajar is a real form of collaboration between the world of education and industry," said Gede.

This activity reflects PLN's commitment to supporting the development of education and student abilities, while strengthening relations between the academic world and industry. A program like this not only benefits students but also becomes a place to share valuable experiences for PLN. The Faculty of Engineering at Udayana University hopes that this collaboration can continue in the future.
