Roll-Out Test and Automotive Training of Udayana University

In context of Erasmus Project + CBHE UNITED (Engineering Knowledge Transfer Units to Increase Student’s Employability and Regional Development) Faculty of Engineering held a Roll-Out Test and Automotive Training, on Friday, May 7^th 2021. Located at Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, this event was opened by Dean of Faculty of Engineering Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana.

“I appreciated this Launching or Roll-Out (testing engine) hybrid engine and internal combustion engine. Hopefully this engine will increase the skill of student and the most important is, it can collaborated with other institutions and automotive industry (garage)”.

This event was attended by Project Researcher of Udayana University Prof. I Nyoman Suprapta Winaya, Project Manager UNITED of Udayana University Ni Putu Sri Harta Mimba, Coordinator of Study Program Technical Engineering Faculty of Engineering, Coordinator of Study Program Technical Engineering Bali State Polytechnic, and Coordinator of Automotive Technology Land Transportation Polytechnic (Poltrada) of Bali.

Udayana University collaborated with somes European University such as FH Joanneum Austria; Politecnico, Torino, Italia; dan Fachhochschule Aachen, Jerman, and other universities like a Indonesia (Sumatera Utara University), Malaysia (Putra Malaysia University and Teknikal Malaysia Melaka University), and also Thailand (Mahasarakham University dan Chulalongkorn University).

This Giant Project is a collaboration of some universities in the word, purposed to increasing the atmosphere of automotive industry especially in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand in context of business cooperation industry and increasing quality of the education.

This project is expected to have a positive impact on engineering development, in relation to the national economy, environment, and social development in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand; increasing quality of education and skill work of student also academic staff through a trainings; and open more an opportunity to realization the automotive engineering project in national/regional.
