The Faculty of Engineering Leadership Meeting

The Faculty of Engineering for the first time held an offline meeting on Tuesday, 15^th June 2021. Located at Sidang 1 Room, 3^rd Floor Dean Building of Engineering Faculty Jimbaran. This meeting was attended by the dean leaders and sub unit, discussed about some important things that will be doing at the Engineering Faculty such as the accreditation both national or international, MBKM activities, along discussed in detail about performance contract data.

In this meeting, the Dean of Engineering Faculty Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana explained some activities that not realized yet in performance contract. Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana also conveyed the sub unit leaders to fill the performance contract of Dean and Study Program Coordinator per-Triwulan, hopefully the points in performance contract that still empty can fill and realized.

Relate to the accreditation both national and international such as IABEE, the Vice Dean for Academic and Planning Mr. I Ketut Sudarsana conveyed all sub units to finalize the preparation to obtain maximum score in the assessment. “Please make a community service roadmap and coordinate with the team, because this document has to in the UPPS”. Mr. I Ketut Sudarsana ask the sub unit leaders to make a community service roadmap as an equipment in the Education Standard of Administrator Study Program Unit of Faculty.

The Vice Dean for General and Finance Mr. I Ketut Gede Sugita added, relate to the budgeting problem “there were some study programs with zero absorption because TW displacement that makes the execution in TW 1 was not realized. Hopefully TW 2 in the late June, the absorption can be reaches 30-35 percent”. Mr. I Ketut Gede Sugita explained that every staffs have a right to do training at least 20 hours per year. So the Coordinator of Program Study should be preparing budget to the activity.
