Udayana University Faculty of Engineering Students Win Third Place in UNAIR Public Health International Competition 2025
Students from the Faculty of Engineering at Udayana University have once again achieved a brilliant achievement. The team, consisting of Anak Agung Bagus Darendra Adhyparamartha and Rafael Legenda Sakti Simarmata from the Industrial Engineering Undergraduate Program, under the guidance of Ni Made Cyntia Utami, S.T., M.T., won third place in the 2025 Public Health International Competition (PHIC), organized by Airlangga University (UNAIR). This prestigious competition took place from October 10–13, 2025, at the GKB Building and Soemarto Hall, Campus C, Airlangga University, Surabaya.
The theme of the 2025 Public Health International Competition (PHIC) was "Unlocking Innovative Approaches for Elevating Work Productivity in a Modern Workspace," challenging participants to develop innovative ideas for increasing work productivity in modern environments. Students from various universities, both national and international, participated in the competition.
In the competition, the Udayana University Faculty of Engineering team presented creative ideas and technology-based solutions focused on optimizing work productivity through ergonomic approaches and work system innovation. The ideas were deemed capable of making a real contribution to increasing efficiency in the modern workplace, leading the team to win third place.
This success not only brings pride to the Industrial Engineering Study Program but also strengthens the reputation of the Udayana University Faculty of Engineering as an institution that consistently encourages its students to excel at both national and international levels. This achievement is expected to inspire other students to continue innovating, collaborating, and contributing to addressing the challenges of the industrial world and occupational health in the future.
