Field of Change Management Change Management
Change management is an effort made to systematically and consistently change the mindset and work culture of individuals within the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University to be better in accordance with the goals and objectives of building an integrity zone, namely WBK and WBBM. The Action Plan for Change Management has the following indicators:
Integrity Zone Work Team, the Work Team in question is a team formed to work to implement the change process through programs, activities and innovations from the 6 Integrity Zone Change Areas.
- Integrity Zone Development Work Program Document, The Integrity Zone development work program document is a program of activities and innovations that will be implemented in making changes containing targets, activity plans, time and results to be achieved.
- Socialization of the ZI Development and Development Program, Conducting outreach regarding the ZI Development and Development Program of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University to all members of the Faculty of Engineering and also to Stakeholders, both electronically and via print media.
- Monitoring and Evaluation of ZI Development towards WBK/WBBM. In the development of ZI towards WBK/WBBM, monitoring and evaluation activities need to be carried out continuously on each component to ensure that the construction of the Integrity Zone towards WBK/WBBM has been carried out in accordance with the action plan provided. had been planned beforehand.
- Changes in mindset and work culture. Changes in mindset and work culture are activities carried out in order to change members' mindsets in a better direction by implementing work culture and organizational values.
