Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University Holds Outreach Regarding Guidelines for Correspondence Procedures

The Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University held a socialization activity regarding the Guidelines for Writing Letters for Student Organizations and the Preparation of Budget Plans on Monday, 27 February 2023 which took place in Meeting Room II of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, Bukit, Jimbaran. This activity was led by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, Ir. I Ketut Sudarsana, S.T., M.T., Ph.D. and was attended by the Administrative Coordinator, employees, and students of student organization administrators within the Udayana University Faculty of Engineering.

The aim of this activity is to equalize the letter format for student affairs, both grammar and numbering to match the correct letter format. The agenda discussed at this time's socialization included an explanation of the Basis for Letters Law, the hierarchy of correspondence within the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, the format of the letter both from the use of paper, ink color, code, and Study Program letter number, as well as writing grammar.

After discussing the procedures for correspondence, this socialization was followed by a discussion regarding the preparation of the Draft Budget that must be provided by the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University to support activities within the Faculty.

With this socialization activity, it is hoped that organizational management students within the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University can have a better understanding of proper correspondence and how to plan an appropriate and effective budget. This is expected to support the implementation of activities within the Faculty of Engineering, University of Udayana in a better and more efficient manner.
