UKT STATUS OF KIP KULIA RECIPIENTS, EDUCATION FEE ASSISTANCE AND HIGHER EDUCATION AFFIRMATION FOR EVEN SEMESTER 2025/2026
It is announced to all students receiving the KIP Kuliah scholarship, Tuition Fee Assistance, and Affirmative Action Program (UKT) at Udayana University that for the even semester of 2025/2026, which will begin in March 2026, their UKT status will be set to PENDING prior to the commencement of the KRS (Student Registration Program). KIP Kuliah scholarship recipients are required to undergo monitoring and evaluation in the integrated system (IMISSU) to continue their scholarship. They must prepare the following documents:
1. Proof of parents'/guardians' combined gross income for December 2025 or January 2026. If from the formal sector, this must be proven by an income slip from a legal company. If from the informal sector, this can be replaced by an income statement approved by at least a neighborhood head (RT/RW/Neighborhood Head).
2. Certificates of activities participated in during the odd semester of 2025/2026 (mandatory, minimum 1 certificate). The KIP Kuliah scholarship recipients will be required to complete the monitoring and evaluation process related to economics and academics from January 12 to February 7, 2026.
Recipients who pass the evaluation will be re-proposed for their scholarships, and those who fail will have their scholarships revoked in accordance with applicable regulations. This announcement is made for use as appropriate.
