Another proud achievement was achieved by a student from the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. Irfan Jayadi (NIM 2405541010), a student in the Electrical Engineering Study Program, won first place at the national level in the Business Model Canvas (BMC) category at the 2026 SmartNesa Innovation Challenge (SMARTVATION), organized by Surabaya State University.

The SMARTVATION 2026 competition is a prestigious national innovation event that brings together students from various universities in Indonesia to compete in creating creative solutions based on technology and entrepreneurship. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) category requires participants to design an innovative, structured business model with the potential for real implementation in society.
