Faculty of Engineering Students Achieve Brilliant Achievements in the National Excellence Competition 3 at the University of Mataram

Students from the Faculty of Engineering achieved impressive success in the 3rd National Excellence Competition, organized by HIMASEPTA Universitas Mataram in collaboration with Scalla Education Factory. The national competition took place at the University of Mataram, Lombok, and attracted participants from various universities across Indonesia.

In this competition, the Faculty of Engineering student team won two prestigious awards in the essay competition category:

• Gold Medal and Best Idea in the Essay category – Technology & Digital Economy Sub-Sector

• Silver Medal and Best Idea in the Essay category – Tourism & Creative Economy Sub-Sector

These achievements demonstrate the ability of Faculty of Engineering students to present innovative ideas relevant to the development of digital technology and the tourism and creative economy sectors in Indonesia.

The students participating in this competition were from the Information Technology Study Program, Faculty of Engineering:

4. I Kadek Bintang Adi Bimantara

5. I Wayan Daffa Adhirajasa

This success is due to the team's hard work in developing ideas, conducting research, and developing innovative and applicable solutions aligned with the competition theme. In the Technology & Digital Economy sub-field, the team successfully presented an idea deemed superior in terms of innovation, usefulness, and potential for implementation in the community, earning them a Gold Medal and the Best Idea award.

Meanwhile, in the Tourism & Creative Economy sub-field, the team also demonstrated competitive thinking through a creative concept that supports the development of the tourism sector based on digital innovation and empowerment of the creative economy. For this achievement, the team won a Silver Medal and the Best Idea award.

This achievement is a source of pride for the Faculty of Engineering and demonstrates that students excel not only academically but also compete nationally through innovative work and ideas that positively contribute to society.

It is hoped that this achievement will motivate all students to continue working, innovating, and bringing honor to the institution in various national and international competitions.
