Management
The management of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, is a set of structured and interrelated work activities that produce outputs in accordance with the expected user needs. Users in this case are work units/sub-work units that receive and use the results of a management product according to their needs. Current conditions show that management mapping and analysis has been based on the needs of the organization's vision, mission, tasks and functions. Standard Operating Procedures/Process modeling are used as a reference for implementing mechanisms and service systems that show the relationships between processes and their instructions.
Following up on the Decree of the Chancellor of Udayana University number 1843/UN14/HK/2023 concerning Faculty and Postgraduate Development of Integrity Zones Towards an Area Free from Corruption at Udayana University in 2023, the establishment of a Standard Operational Procedure/Process Modeling document refers to a business process map prepared based on Zone achievement criteria Integrity. Management documents at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University are organized in the corridor of change in three areas to:
- Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of management processes at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University;
- Increasing services using information technology in the management process at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University;
- Creating open public information to create better management services.
