Faculty of Engineering Students Win 1st Place at the 2026 Integrated Youth Renewable Energy Festival (IYREF) at ITB Ganesha Bandung

Students of the Faculty of Engineering have achieved a proud achievement at the national level by winning 1st place in the Integrated Youth Renewable Energy Festival (IYREF) 2026. The competition was held on Friday–Saturday, May 15–16, 2026, at the Bandung Ganesha Institute of Technology campus, Bandung. This brilliant achievement was achieved by a team of students from the Bachelor of Information Technology Study Program in the Faculty of Engineering, consisting of:

The 2026 Integrated Youth Renewable Energy Festival (IYREF) is a national competition that brings together innovative young people from various universities in Indonesia to present creative ideas and solutions in the field of renewable energy and sustainable technology. This competition provides a platform for students to demonstrate their innovation, collaboration, and real contributions to future energy and environmental issues.

In the competition, the Faculty of Engineering student team successfully demonstrated their best performance through superior ideas and innovation, thus competing with participants from various leading universities in Indonesia. Winning first place demonstrates that Faculty of Engineering students possess excellent academic competence, creativity, and problem-solving skills to address global challenges in technology and sustainable energy.

This achievement is expected to motivate all students to continue developing their potential, actively innovating, and bringing honor to the faculty and university at the national and international levels. Furthermore, this achievement reflects the Faculty of Engineering's commitment to supporting the development of superior, adaptive, and highly competitive students in today's era of technological transformation.
